We are able to offer customs in our suiting, outerwear, shirting, & trouser styles. You can pick from hundreds of fabric we have on hand. Fittings can be done in-person & or virtually.

Factor’s custom pieces are handmade in the USA. We provide tailored suiting and leather pieces as well as full canvas construction. Our products are small batch / limited quantity production with high quality fabrications / textiles, (Japanese, English, Italian) horsehide, mohair, sea island cotton and heavyweight all silks.

Our clothes have dramatic details (i.e deep side vent or elongated rounded collar) that are installed into high quality garments of rich color and texture that can be worn on repeat due to their solid nature.

This quality and wearability is the driving force behind the spend more / own less mentality.

THE PROCESS

INITIAL MEETING / FITTING An appointment can be set up for the initial meeting/fitting. We can discussed what you're looking for in detail to get started on something you'll love. If you decide to go for it, we'll take all the necessary measurements & details of the garment. We know it's not always possible to come to our shop or one of our pop-ups. We do offer a remote session via FaceTime or Zoom - which is what we do for majority of our customers - from NY all the way to Switzerland! SECOND FITTING After around 8-10 weeks, the finished garment will arrive here in the shop. We'll inspect it to make sure every details came exactly the way it was ordered. We'll contact you to set up a second fitting to make sure everything fits perfectly. Or if you're remote, we'll send it to you and set up another video call if necessary! Any alterations needed will be included (at no extra charge) and the tailors will finish it around 10-14 days. DELIVERY If alterations are needed, the garment will be finished around 10-14 days. We'll contact you to pick up or ship to wherever you are. All your measurements and alterations will be on file for any future orders! Once that first one is nailed down, the rest will be easy - just pick what you want!
